YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  North winds sustained at 20 to 30 mph will gust up to 45 mph this afternoon. Winds will weaken an hour or two prior to sunset.  A few thunderstorms cannot be ruled out along and east of Highway 283 this afternoon. At this time, areas situated in central Kansas appear to have the relative greatest potential for severe weather.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
