Patchy to locally dense fog is possible later this morning for areas along and east of a line from Stratton, Nebraska to Russell Springs, Kansas beginning around 5 AM CDT / 4 AM MDT. Visibilities may be reduced down to less than 1 mile at times. The fog is expected to lift by 10 AM CDT / 9 AM MDT. Please use caution if driving in foggy conditions this morning. The Tri-State Area sees a marginal to slight risk for severe weather this afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms have to potential to become severe and produce large hail up to ping pong balls in size, strong winds gusting up to around 60 mph, and locally heavy rain.
