YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Patchy dense fog may develop early Sunday morning, mainly along and east of a line from Grainfield to McCook a few hours on either side of sunrise. Be prepared for rapid reductions in visibility.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Near critical fire weather conditions are possible for counties along and south of I-70 on Sunday.  For Monday through Thursday, there will be a chance for strong to severe thunderstorms, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday. In addition to potential severe weather, these storms will also produce cloud to ground lightning which may spark grass fires.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation may be needed Sunday afternoon and evening.
