 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Thunderstorms are possible during the afternoon and overnight hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. At this time, the primary hazard will be cloud to ground lightning.  Elevated to Near Critical fire weather conditions are possible Friday afternoon along and west of a line from Joes to Goodland and Leoti.  Elevated to Near Critical fire weather conditions are possible Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon for the entire Tri-State area.  Elevated to Near Critical fire weather conditions are possible Monday afternoon for those along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
