YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for most areas west of Highway 83 Tuesday afternoon and early evening. Southerly winds gusting 30 to 40 mph are currently forecast along with low relative humidity values. Burning is strongly discouraged.  A Fire Weather Watch remains in effect for Gove and Sheridan counties for Critical fire weather conditions in the afternoon Tuesday.  There is a chance for thunderstorms Tuesday evening into Thursday.  Wednesday and Thursday, Near Critical to Critical fire weather conditions are possible across the area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
