A Red Flag Warning is in effect this afternoon for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado and Wallace and Greeley counties in Kansas.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Strong winds will affect the Tri-State area on Tuesday April 4th, as a developing low pressure system in Colorado intensifies and tracks northeast across the Central Plains.
