YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect Thursday afternoon and early evening for Cheyenne county in Colorado, Wallace, Wichita, Greeley and Logan counties in Kansas. Dangerous fire weather conditions are possible with strong southwesterly winds gusting to 40 to 50 mph, and humidity near 10 percent. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged.  Blowing dust will produce reduced visibilities and poor air quality for those generally east of a line from Kit Carson, Colorado to Goodland, Oberlin and Norton, Kansas Thursday afternoon.  Elevated to Near Critical fire weather conditions are forecast for areas along and south of the Interstate on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
