This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TONIGHT... Fog will develop over portions of the area late this evening and overnight. Dense fog is possible, mainly in northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska, or along and east of Highway 27. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY... A band of snow is anticipated to develop in eastern Colorado around sunrise Saturday morning. Moderate to locally heavy snow may accompany this band as it tracks eastward across northwest Kansas during the morning and southwest Nebraska during the afternoon. Accumulations ranging from 1 to 3 inches are expected. Locally higher amounts are possible, mainly north of Interstate 70 near the Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado border. There will be another chance for snow Sunday night into Monday. Light accumulations are currently expected. Elevated to Near Critical fire weather conditions are possible Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon for those generally along and south of Interstate 70. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
