Patchy blowing dust will produce reduced visibilities and poor air quality from around 2 PM MDT through 7 PM MDT in Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties of northeast Colorado. A Red Flag Warning for near critical to critical fire weather conditions remains in effect from noon MDT through 8 PM MDT for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in northeast Colorado and south of Highway 40 in northwest Kansas near the Colorado state line.
