 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits tonight and early Saturday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits Saturday night and early Sunday morning.  A deepening low pressure system in Colorado may bring strong west to southwest winds, critical fire weather conditions and blowing dust to portions of the Tri-State area on Wednesday March 22.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
