 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Chances for light freezing drizzle as well as patchy fog continue through the late morning hours for areas west of Kansas Highway 25. Hazardous driving conditions due to slick roads and reduced visibility are possible throughout this morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Northwesterly winds gusting up to around 45 mph are in the forecast for areas along and west of the Colorado border from late morning through the afternoon Thursday.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
