This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... Patchy fog producing some reduced visibilities will be possible around sunrise this morning for locations extending along a line from Wray to Goodland and Russell Springs. Areas of blowing dust are forecast late morning through early afternoon for parts of Cheyenne and Kit Carson counties in Colorado as well as Sherman and Wallace counties in Kansas. This includes parts of Interstate 70 from Flagler to Goodland. The blowing dust will produce visibilities down to a few miles at times and create poor air quality. A Red Flag Warning is in effect this afternoon for Cheyenne County Colorado, along with Wallace, Greeley and Wichita counties in Kansas. In the warning area, west winds gusting close to 50 MPH and low relative humidity will produce Critical fire weather conditions. Elsewhere, relative humidity values won't be quite as low. However west winds will still be gusting 25 to 45 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY... Light accumulating snow is forecast Wednesday night through Thursday evening across the Tri-State area. Snowpacked roadways and reduced visibilities may occur.
