 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Near Critical fire weather conditions are likely Tuesday afternoon south of Interstate 70 and west of Highway 83. Outdoor burning is not advised.  Wednesday night through Thursday light snow and blowing snow is forecast for the Tri- State Area. Snow amounts increase to the south.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
