 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect tonight for Kit Carson, Yuma, Cheyenne [KS] and Dundy counties with wind chills as low as -20.  For the rest of the area, wind chills in the negative single digits and negative teens are possible tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  There is a chance for thunderstorms Sunday afternoon/evening, mainly along and east of Highway 25.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not needed at this time.
