This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... Blowing snow is expected through the day which will lead to reduced visibilities. Snow accumulations are expected to be light through the day. There may be a break during the afternoon hours where visibilities improve until another round of snow moves through during the early evening hours. Accumulations of a couple of inches are possible, especially north of I-70. A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for Kit Carson, Yuma and Dundy counties tonight for wind chills as low as -30. The rest of the area is under a Wind Chill Advisory for wind chills between -15 and -25. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY... Wind chill readings as low as 10 to 15 below zero are expected across the entire Tri-State area Thursday night through Friday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
