 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Bitterly cold weather will affect the entire Tri-State area late Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. Wind chill readings as low as 15 to 25 below zero are possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
