 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Localized reductions in visibility associated with blowing snow are possible. Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Wind chill readings across the Tri State region tonight into Friday morning will reach into the single numbers to lower teens below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...
