YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for the entire Tri-State area through sunrise this morning.  Localized reductions in visibility associated with blowing snow are possible through the day. Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Wind chill readings across the Tri State region tonight into friday morning will reach into the single numbers to lower teens below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed, but spotters are encouraged to report snow accumulations to the National Weather Service in Goodland via social media or telephone.
