 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for the entire Tri-State area through sunrise Thursday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Localized reductions in visibility associated with blowing snow are possible through the day on Thursday. Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report snow accumulation to the National Weather Service in Goodland via social media or telephone.
