YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Northwest winds gusting up to around 50 mph are in the forecast during the day Tuesday. The strongest gusts are expected generally along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Tuesday evening through late Wednesday night, for counties along and south of Interstate 70. Accumulating snow is expected, with heavy snowfall possible in some areas. Northeast to northwest winds gusting up to 45 mph will produce some blowing and drifting snow, making for hazardous travel conditions. Stay tuned for future updates.  Wind chill readings Wednesday night through Thursday morning are forecast to drop into the 10 below to 15 below zero range across far eastern Colorado.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
