YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  Scattered snow showers, combined with the strong winds, should result in visibilities falling to a half mile or less in a localized area beginning around 1 PM MST. These snow squalls are most likely to occur west of Highway 83 this afternoon. Reductions in visibility will be short- lived.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
