 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Strong northwest winds gusting at least as high as 50 mph are possible throughout the day Thursday. This will create hazardous driving conditions especially for high profile vehicles.  Some blowing dust is possible across Cheyenne County Colorado late Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon.  Quick hitting snow showers resulting in significantly reduced visibility are possible Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon across the area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
