This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... Patchy to widespread areas of fog are expected tonight for locations along and east of Highway 27 late tonight. Reduced visibility down to one quarter mile is expected which may cause hazardous traveling conditions. In addition, icy spots may be possible on area roadways with temperatures well into the teens. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY... Patchy to widespread areas of fog should quickly erode from west to east Friday morning. After the morning commute, anticipate little to no reduction in visibility as the fog burns off. A couple icy spots may form on area roadways. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be required.
