 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for the entire Tri-State area until 8 AM MST (9 AM CST) Tuesday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Wind chill readings ranging from 5 to 15 degrees below zero are anticipated Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
