YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  An Arctic airmass will bring the potential for light snow and bitterly cold temperatures Saturday night through Wednesday night. Overnight and early morning wind chill readings between 15 below and 25 below zero are currently forecast. Snowfall amounts on any one day may approach one half inch.  A Wind Chill Advisory is now in effect for the entire Tri State region for Saturday night into Sunday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
