A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the south half of the Tri-State Area Friday night through Saturday afternoon. Moderate to heavy snow, along with blowing snow, may occur in the watch area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
