Reduced visibility may be possible causing hazardous traveling conditions. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening for Dundy, Hitchcock, and Red Willow counties in Nebraska as well as Yuma county in Colorado. Wet heavy accumulating snow is expected that will make travel hazardous. Blowing snow may also be possible which may lower visibility. A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect Tuesday evening through Wednesday night for Cheyenne, Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Sherman, Thomas, Sheridan, and Graham counties in Kansas as well as Kit Carson county in Colorado. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
