YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Light snow may develop over portions of the area late this evening and overnight, mainly along and north of Interstate 70 where up to one inch of snow accumulation is possible. Locally higher amounts up to 2 inches cannot be ruled out. Aside from locally hazardous travel conditions, significant and or widespread impacts are not anticipated.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Accumulating snow is possible Tuesday night through Wednesday night. Confidence is increasing in moderate snowfall across the area. Stay tuned for future updates.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
