 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  Near critical to briefly critical fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon generally south of a line from Yuma, Colorado to Colby and Oakley, Kansas. Please use extra caution if burning or creating sparks.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  A mix of snow and rain is expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning across most of the Tri-State area. Roads may become slick so caution is advised when traveling during this time period.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
