Life-threatening wind chills continue across the area through tonight with wind chills of 30 to 40 below zero.  Patchy blowing snow will persist into tonight with visibility occasionally reduced to less than one mile.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Wind chills Friday morning will be 30 to 40 below.  Wind chills Friday night into early Saturday morning will be 15 to 20 below.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
