YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Life-threatening wind chills will remain across the area today and tonight with wind chills of 25 to 50 below zero.  Snow will end this morning. However, blowing snow with reduced visibility is expected through the day as wind gusts from the north gust up to 50 mph. Visibility may be reduced suddenly so use extra caution when traveling.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Wind chills Friday night and Saturday morning will be as low as 25 below.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not needed, however any reports of low visibility or snowfall amounts would be appreciated!
