 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Blizzard Warning is in effect, beginning late tonight, for Yuma and Kit Carson counties in Colorado, Cheyenne County in Kansas, and Dundy County in Colorado.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect, beginning late tonight, for Hitchcock County in Nebraska and Rawlins and Sherman counties in Kansas.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Blizzard Warning is in effect until 11 PM MST Tuesday evening for Yuma and Kit Carson counties in Colorado, Cheyenne County in Kansas, and Dundy County in Colorado.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 11 PM MST Tuesday evening for Hitchcock County in Nebraska and Rawlins and Sherman counties in Kansas.  A High Wind Warning is in effect for portions of the area Tuesday and Wednesday, mainly in eastern Colorado and adjacent Kansas and Nebraska border counties.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
