This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY... No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY... Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected during the afternoon hours on Sunday. Areas along/west of Highway 27 and south of Wray, Colorado will be at risk. Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected Monday afternoon for areas along and west of Highway 27. Monday night, a large low pressure system will begin impacting the Tri-State Area. Monday night into Wednesday morning, this system will bring snow to most of the area, with the most impacted locations being near the Tri-State border area. Blowing and drifting snow will be a concern in the same area Tuesday through possibly Thursday. Cold wind chill readings will impact the area next week, with negative single numbers expected from Wednesday night onward. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
