YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Fog has redeveloped along and east of of a line from McCook to Hill City. Locally dense fog is possible. Be prepared for rapid reductions in visibility.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions will be possible each afternoon Friday through Monday, mainly west of Highway 25 and into northeast Colorado. Low humidity and gusty winds are expected each day. Patchy blowing dust will also be possible Monday afternoon.  Monday night, a large low pressure system will begin impacting the Tri-State area. Over a period from Monday night into Thursday, this system will bring snow to most of the area, with the most impacted locations being near the Tri-State border. Strong northwesterly winds may also lead to blowing and drifting snow.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
