Wind chill readings will fall near to below zero late this evening into early Wednesday morning. Wind chill readings as low as -10 degrees are possible, mainly along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Near critical to critical fire weather conditions look to develop Friday. A wind shift with an associated cold front may lead to unpredictable fire behavior.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
