YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...REST OF TONIGHT...  Light snow will develop towards sunrise Tuesday morning for areas along the Kansas and Nebraska border area. Some minor visibility reductions and very light accumulation will be possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Tuesday, a system will move through the area bringing light snow to the area and gusty winds around 25-35 mph. With the snow and gusty winds, blowing snow is likely and could reduce visibility below a mile. With the decreased visibility and light snow accumulations travel may be hazardous, especially during the morning hours when the snow is expected to fall.  Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, wind chills are expected to drop into the negative single digits with some locales near the Tri- State border reaching -10.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be required.
