 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Northerly to north-northwesterly wind gusts up to 40 mph are anticipated through the afternoon today. Wind of this magnitude may create difficult driving conditions for holiday travelers, especially those with high profile vehicles. Light snow over portions of east- central Colorado could produce isolated areas of reduced visibility due to blowing snow this morning.
