YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Elevated to near critical fire weather looks to develop across east Colorado Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon with SW wind gusts up 40 mph possible each day.  A potent storm system will affect much of the Central Plains this week, mainly in the Tuesday to Thursday time frame. Strong winds and wind-related hazards, such as blowing dust, are the primary concern. Considerable uncertainty exists with regard to the track, timing, and intensity of this system.
