YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for Yuma and Kit Carson counties this afternoon. Near critical fire weather conditions are expected near the warning area.  Wind gusts up to 30 MPH are expected today.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Wednesday near critical fire weather conditions are forecast west of Highway 83 and Red Willow County.  Multiple hazards are possible Thursday with gusty to windy conditions likely leading to blowing dust. Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening east of Highway 83.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
