YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A corridor of elevated to localized near critical fire weather is expected to develop along a line from Yuma, Colorado to Gove, Kansas late this morning through sunset. Northwesterly wind gusts around 30 mph are anticipated within this corridor.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Near critical fire weather is expected across the entire area Wednesday afternoon with relative humidity values dipping below 20% and southerly wind gusts up to 40 mph.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not currently expected.
