 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Breezy south winds will foster elevated to near critical fire weather conditions across a limited portion of the area this afternoon, mainly east of Highway 83.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A cold frontal passage will bring noticeably cooler temperatures to the region late Thursday into Friday. At this time.. impactful weather is not anticipated.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
