YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Near critical fire weather conditions are anticipated today along and east of a line from Trenton, Nebraska to Goodland and Tribune, Kansas. Caution should be used if burning outdoors and any other activities that may include sparks.  Thunderstorms are possible across western portions of Yuma and Kit Carson counties in Colorado this evening. The stronger cells may be capable of lightning and gusty winds.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Elevated fire weather conditions are anticipated Sunday afternoon for those along and east of the Colorado Kansas border. Caution should be used if burning outdoors.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated today.
