 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the majority of the Tri-State area through early this evening. Critical fire weather conditions are expected due to a combination of relative humidity as low as 10 percent, southwest winds gusting 20 to 30 mph and dry fuels.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be required.
