A Flood Watch remains in effect for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado, where isolated flash flooding is possible late this evening and overnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Scattered thunderstorms are possible during the late afternoon and evening hours on Monday. Confidence in thunderstorm location and coverage is low. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with any storms.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
