 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Showers and thunderstorms will persist across portions of the area this morning, mainly south of Interstate 70. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected in association with any thunderstorms.  Isolated thunderstorm development cannot be ruled out this afternoon and evening, mainly in eastern Colorado and adjacent Kansas border counties. Severe weather is not anticipated.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
