YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through sunrise this morning for Cheyenne and Kit Carson counties in Colorado.  Thunderstorms are possible across portions of the area this morning through early to mid afternoon, mainly south of Interstate 70. Isolated flash flooding cannot be ruled out, mainly in areas that have recently received heavy rainfall.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Hazardous weather is not anticipated at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report heavy rainfall and localized flooding to the National Weather Service in Goodland via telephone or social media.
