This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... This afternoon a Heat Advisory is in effect where heat index values will be around 105 degrees along and east of Highway 25. Strong to severe thunderstorms will begin to form around 2 PM MDT from Tribune to Burlington and Joes, CO. As storms move eastward coverage may increase as the afternoon progresses. Lime size hail and wind gusts of 60-70 MPH will be the primary threats. Storm activity will move east of the Tri-State Area by midnight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY... Monday heat indices will be at or a few degrees above 100 degrees east of Highway 83. A Heat Advisory has been issued for Graham and Norton counties as a result. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
