This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Strong winds will continue in the mountains and foothills today, spreading across the plains later this morning and continuing into the afternoon. A High Wind Warning remains in effect for the Front Range foothills and Palmer Divide, with gusts up to 75 mph expected. Across much of the northeast plains, a High Wind Warning will be in effect today with gusts up to 60 mph. Gusty winds will make driving difficult especially for high profile vehicles. Visibilities may be reduced to less than a quarter mile at times in blowing dust. In the high country, the snowfall will spread from northwest to southeast across the region this morning, and the combination of snowfall and strong winds will have significant travel impacts due to slick roads and reduced visibility. Storm totals will range from 5 to 10 inches, with up to a foot possible in the Park Range. The snow start to decrease later this afternoon, and the winds will decrease this evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Another round of mountain snow can be expected Sunday into Monday, with a chance for some light snow over the urban corridor and plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
