Wind gusts will reach as high as 45 mph across the higher terrain today and up to 35 mph across the far northeast plains. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday A shortwave trough will bring light to moderate snow amounts to the northern mountains late Wednesday through Thursday. This system will also bring a mix of rain and snow showers to the foothills and plains and light snow accumulation are possible there.
