WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms can be expected again today. Isolated stronger storms will be capable of producing small soft hail, gusty winds of 30-40 mph, and brief period of moderate to heavy rain. There is just a limited threat of flash flooding in recent burn areas.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Isolated late day showers and a few thunderstorms are in the forecast for the mountains through Thursday. Moisture will increase for Friday and the weekend, with scattered late day showers and thunderstorms expected over the mountains and isolated storms over the plains. There is very little threat of burn area flash flooding.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
